Bernardo Selección is a distinctive range created by BEHER, one of Spain's best-known producers of Iberian ham.

The pigs used for Bernardo Selección are 100% Iberian breed, selected by BEHER from birth and raised on its own farms. Their diet includes BEHER's selected cereals together with natural resources such as pastures, roots and tubers.

The result is a beautifully cured Spanish paleta with a rich aroma, delicate marbling and characteristic melt-in-the-mouth texture.

Tasting & Serving

For the best experience, slice thinly and allow the ham to come to room temperature before serving. As the fat softens, its aroma, texture and flavour become more pronounced.
