Produced by Beher, one of Spain’s most prestigious jamón artisans based in Guijuelo, this ham is cured for up to 34 months, allowing its marbled fat to infuse with rich, nutty, and buttery flavours. Every thin slice melts in your mouth with its silky texture and deep umami notes.

What Makes This Jamón Special?

Beher’s pigs are 100% pure Ibérico breed, not crossbred, and roam freely in oak forests during the montanera season, eating up to 7kg of acorns daily. This diet, combined with slow curing in natural Guijuelo air, creates the signature golden fat, melt-in-your-mouth tenderness, and rich complexity that only Pata Negra can offer.

The manufacture of the House is organized around technological innovations, with impeccable hygiene and traditional know-how.Bellota ham proposed by the Beher House is reputed to be the best ham in the world. Iberian pigs grow in their natural habitat and are fed with acorns during the season. The animals are raised up to 14/16 months, reaching a weight of 160 kg to 180 kg before they are transferred to the Guijuelo factory.
