Customer accepts terms of delivery

  • As some of our goods are sent chilled, we may hold over some orders until the following Monday to avoid weekend transit issues. 
  • We send most of our chilled deliveries on Mondays and Tuesdays
  • Our courier company is given to authority to deliver your purchase even if there is no-one present to sign for it and accept the delivery
  • For expensive deliveries we strongly recommend using a work-place delivery address or a secure location. 
  • Tell us the best delivery details when you order (the best way) or send us an email –
  • The delivery company will leave your purchase at your door or the accessible part of the house your specify.
  • If you are in an apartment they may need to access your building.  They can also deliver to your work-place.
  • Spanish Deli does not take responsibility for a purchase left at the address you have provided
  • Our courier company is not able to call in advance nor give exact delivery times, but your parcel can be tracked on their website:
  • We also use Australia Post for some deliveries.  They also provide a parcel tracking service.

Delivery locations can be limited

  • The customer has reviewed the locations were deliveries can be made (click here: Delivery locations)
  • Some rural locations may not be covered by our Courier company and chilled deliveries may be impossible.  We will contact you and work our the best solution!
  • Dry goods (boxed food, spices, sweets) can be delivered to nearly all parts of Australia
  • Remote locations may (rarely) incur additional freight.  We will discuss this with you of course
  • Please check you have selected the correct shipping option for your location
