Narrow and elongated bone, endowed with a shiny ivory-colored fat. Inside it presents different shades, ranging from intense red in the most cured part to bright cherry red. The result is an exquisite 100% Iberian Cebo de Campo ham.
TASTING NOTE
In Beher's "Boneless" 100% Iberian Cebo de Campo Ham we discover a bright cherry red hue, a fine grain and a high percentage of oleic acid that helps maintain an adequate level of cholesterol in the blood, as well as being rich in protein, vitamin B1, iron, zinc, magnesium, folic acid and vitamin E (excellent antioxidant). In them we discover identifying, delicate and elegant aromas, characteristic of our 100% Iberian Cebo de Campo.
