This bitey, flavour-some cheese is best enjoyed in the same way you’re used to seeing it in bars in Spain.

It’s distinct taste is complimented with a simple bread-stick (picos) and a chilled, crisp beer or a rioja.

Being aged in olive oil means it lasts for months and you don’t have to eat in 1 tapas session or even 1 week (although it is hard to stop once you start).
